About the artist...

Diana VERTIS McIsaac has been painting for the past number of years. As a current member, Past President and  Director on the Board of the Sackville Art Association, Diana credits increased inspiration to these involvements. Diana recognizes with appreciation, Joan Gregory, as her mentor.
For a number of years, her work has been displayed province-wide and in surrounding areas.
From  her palette of blues and reds, she forms rich hues of purple, which identify some of her favorite work.  Diana's work not only includes water color and photography, but also acrylics, pastels and abstracts, in which she has recently successfully experimented.  Her experience also includes teaching Beginner Painting Classes for Tantramar Seniors College (TSC), and private lessons offered at the Tidnish Bridge Art Gallery, in which she was instrumental in founding  in the summer of 2010.  Diana's paintings can be found throughout Canada, states south of the border, and in the British Isles.
She makes her home at Seagrove, NS, where she uses her own photography as a basis for most  of her work.
